Her condition is consistent with its age. The seller has performed a lot of recent repairs and upgrades. The roof was recently re-coated in 2022. The tires were just replaced, date coded 2021. The engine was serviced about a year ago. The awning material was replaced, and the rear brakes were replaced in 2022. There are two new TVs, a new toilet, and new sink fixtures that were also recently installed. Some of the lights above the pull-out couch and dinette do not work. The exterior is a bit faded and has some bumps and bruises that occurred over the years. According to the seller, there are no leaks to the interior or anywhere known.
