The roof was recently re-coated in 2022.
The tires were just replaced, date coded 2021.
The engine was serviced about a year ago.
The awning material was replaced, and the rear brakes were replaced in 2022.
There are two new TVs, a new toilet, and new sink fixtures that were also recently installed.
Some of the lights above the pull-out couch and dinette do not work.
