This 2019 Miramar 35.3 by Thor is located in Ruskin, Florida and has been well taken care of by its original owner! She is powered by a Ford Triton V10 6.8L engine with a towing capacityof 8,000 lbs. The onboard Onan generator has extremely low hours and can power the entire coach when off the grid. This model has a unique layout with a U-shaped couch directly in front of the living area TV. The dinette can be converted to a sleeping area and the couch can sleep one adult, and a full-size drop-down bed above at the front of the RV gives a total sleeping capacity of (6).
There is also a HALF BATH which makes life so much easier when guests visit. There are two grey and black tanks which are 40 gallons each and total 80 gallons.
The Miramar is a factory equipped with a touch panel control system that allows the owner to monitor and control many onboard systems. The kitchenhas all the standard options, such as a stove, oven, convection microwave, and a very nice, large, Residential style refrigerator and freezer!

The unit was recently cleaned. The cloth upholstery is in good condition, and the leathered parts are peeling off, very common for this year's materials, on the driver, front passenger seats, and the dinette. No exterior damage. The decals are in good condition
