The Stabilizer bars on the awning were broken. The Wning still works, but the stabilizers don't. The Bunk bed had too much weight on it, while it wasn't fully deployed, so some of the screws are pulling out of the wall. A quote was received to repair both the awning and the bed at $2394. Update August 30, 2023. A New A/C unit has been installed in the coach.
