Upgraded electric starter system, using a high output starter motor and upgraded 18-cam sprag gear in lieu of out-dated 14-cam sprag gear New primary chain and new primary chain adjuster assembly. Wheels rebuilt with OEM English-made rims, stainless steel spokes and
nipples. New OEM English-made Avon tires. Upgraded Timpken steering bearings. New isolastic bushings and new swingarm bushings. New switches, new wiring, new cables.
Gas tank sealed with Red-Kote. Speedometer overhauled, odometer zeroed. Upgraded brakes, using new brake lines, stainless steel caliper pistons, and high pressure master cylinder. Taller gearing for less rev at highway speeds. New high performance drive chain. Fresh oil change on 150 break-in miles. Head gasket re-torqued, valves readjusted.
