A family-friendly layout that has sleeping for up
to 6 comfortably, a large garage area that can be used for hauling toys (12.5 feet in length), or used as a second bedroom with the Happi-Jack Queen bunk beds that raise out of the way when traveling so you can utilize the garage area for your golf cart or side by side utility vehicle or as the current owners - used it to haul their motorcycles to the various races they participated in.
Custom-built cabinets in the corners that can be used or removed if necessary. The second outside entrance is on the opposite side of the garage. There is also an exit door onto the side patio from the garage, providing a great place for tailgate parties, with the exterior TV and speakers under the large
patio awning.
The living area is entered from the main outside entrance, and you are facing the four large recliners on the opposite wall of the unit. The large slide-out also includes the refrigerator/freezer too.
The L-shaped galley is opposite the refrigerator/freezer and has a 3-burner stove top with a gas oven below and a microwave with hood fan above the stovetop with a glass cooktop cover. The farm-style kitchen sink with goose-neck faucet and sink cover are in the portion of the L-countertop that juts out from the wall. There is plenty of cabinet space above and below the countertop. The stereo system head unit is to the right of the microwave. There are currently 3 TVs in the
unit - the living area has one over the kitchen sink - directly opposite the four recliners.
There is one in the garage (second bedroom) and one on the exterior patio. There is a bracket and hookups for another one in the master bedroom if desired.
The recliners can also use the two removable tables shown in the photos. The bathroom is across from the recliners to the right - just before entering the master bedroom. It features a large shower/tub combo with a skylight overhead for lots of natural light. The bathroom sink has a medicine cabinet above and additional cabinet space below the sink. The toilet is opposite the bathroom sink and has overhead cabinets.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with storage space below and cabinets overhead and on either side of the bed. The unit has two large 15,000 BTU roof-mounted AC units and a 30,000 BTU furnace. The unit is prepped for a generator with all the controls and cables ready to hook one up. The propane tanks are on the tongue of the trailer as well as the power tongue jack, which makes setup and breakdown quick and easy. The unit has electric-powered stabilizer jacks at both the front and rear - as shown in the photos.
Outside the RV - all RV systems are easily accessible and clearly marked (power, 30 gallon fuel tank for toys and generator, water heater, water systems, and sewer).
There are large exterior storage compartments as well.

The seller states that all systems are in good working order. They have repaired the refrigerator/freezer and had the roof resealed in October 2022, replaced the battery in Jan 2022, and replaced the power tongue jack in July 2022. Known Issues: The recliner next to the refrigerator shows signs of upholstery cracking. Others are fine. There is a small scratch shown in the photos on the front cap where it was damaged on the first trip. The photos and videos were taken by the local representative, and they accurately reflect the current condition of the RV and its main features.

2022 North Trail (by Heartland) 25BHPS bumper pull with bunks is perfect for long weekends and family vacations.
The North Trail has a very user-friendly floor plan; the bunks are located towards the back of the
unit as you walk in, and the fully enclosed bathroom is next to the bunks for easy access from the entry door.
A large U-shaped booth dinette faces the kitchen area, which sits on a slant, large single farm-style sink, stove/oven combo, and microwave. Lots of cabinets and drawers for all your kitchen items.
The refrigerator/freezer is next to the booth dinette, making the kitchen feel rather big. The bedroom offers a King size mattress, overhead cabinets, and a TV.
The 2022 North Trail bunkhouse bumper pull has been lightly used. Being sold as the owner does not have enough time to enjoy. No body damage to the trailer, inside shows very well, with some very light wear marks. Has a new door handle, just not installed as of yet. The North Trail is pre-wired for solar.
