Plenty of room to carry a motorcycle, jet skis, ATV's, etc. When toys are out there is plenty of space for hanging out on the patio that letsNeeds some cleaning but seller will have it detailed. Has been very well taken care of. Has a service dog that travels with them but did not see any signs or smell any odors conscerning the dog. Just had annual maintenance so everything is great.
