This fifth wheel from Grand Design is very close to like new condition. The upholstery shows no signs of wear, the flooring is clean with no stains, and the exterior has no dings or scratches. All the systems are working well. She is ready to go!

The living space is huge. The size of the master bedroom is such that you would think you woke up in a regular house not a camper. This goes double for the walk-in closet. There is more storage space in this unit
than in the closet at home. Overall the way that the space is laid out with all of the slideouts deployed, this is a huge living area. It is tastefully appointed in shades of gray. The sleeper sofa and the loft create sleeping room for up to 9 people. More if you put air mattresses on the floor.
The unit is just over a year old and has been lived in by the owner and his wife. The storage areas are full with all of the household goods one would expect. All of the appliances work as they are designed to.
