I have new fabric for the awning; still in the box. The sofa could use reupholstered or replaced. 50amp runs the two air conditioning to cool you off on those hot days. Propane furnace keeps it cozy in the winter. Professionally cleaned inside and out. Come to Daytona Beach and take a look. Possible month to month rent with the option to buy. Minimum 4 months.
