I have a clear title IN HAND. This BRAND NEW fifth-wheel camper has only been used for 2 overnight stays while transporting it from the purchase location to our home. It has the following options: 2 air conditioners (MUST HAVE)13 cubic foot Gas & Electric Refrigerator Electric Auto Leveling System (Extra Nice)Extreme WeatherPackage (Summer/Winter) The options listed above were selected by me for the following reasons: 1) unless you live within the Arctic Circle, you must have two air conditioners, 2) although residential refrigerators have become popular, largely because they are less expensive than the traditional gas/electric RV models, if you break down along the road, the refrigerator will stop working off of the house batteries after a few hours.
All of your food will become spoiled. I've also been told that if the refrigerator becomes damaged, the slide must be removed in order to replace the refrigerator ($$$$). 3) Auto-leveling is so incredibly easy to use, simply push the button and get your RVleveled; otherwise you might need to drive over leveling blocks, etc. and finally, 4) the Extreme Weather Package. This option makes an INCREDIBLE difference in how well the ACs behave in the dead heat of summer and the furnace performs in the ravaging cold of winter.
