Pass through basement and outdoor kitchen. Black tank flush and has upgraded remote grey tank and black tank valve handles. Tires in great shape. Washer and dryer hookups are plumbed as well. We also have a residential washer and propane heated dryer outside in a metal shed that can go with it if desired. I have a guy who can move it wherever you need it if necessary.
