Tires are 2 years old. Roof in good shape, No current leaks. Electric Awning in good shape. The negative is the floor is soft, not from water but it is a laminated floor to keep the camper light weight but has delaminated. So, priced accordingly but the camper is ready to go camping!Used 2011
