I am the second owner of this camper.
A lot of upgrades have been done. A complete list in one of the pics. New roof about 8 years ago and resealed every other year since. Tires 3 years old. New carpet and vinyl plank flooring. Outside is showing some age Vinyl stickers are cracking, some small paint chips in hood. We are wanting to upgradeto a class A and everything done to this camper because we thought we were keeping it. Our loss your gain. No leaks that I know of, no soft spots no wall rot anywhere. Generator fires every time. Manual leveling is a plus. Can raise entire RV off the ground.
