This 1979 Honda Goldwing gl1000 Custom Trike is a modified vehicle with updates to the exterior and drivetrain.
The owner has had it for 3 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Rear end is from a 2006 Ford Ranger 4-10 gear ratio, converted over to disc brakes with Mustang drilled rotors. Custom built intake witha jetted VW carb. everything was hand built by myself. I built it to drive so it has some gravel chips and wear on the paint job. Once I got everything the way I wanted I was going to disassemble and get it repainted by a professional. It definitely catches attention and runs great.
Steers hard in the corners so I was going to build springer forks with dom tubing. So far I only have the tubes machined. The motor has had all seals replaced, new clutch, new head gaskets, too many things to list. Exterior Interior Engine Deposits are nonrefundable.Used 1979 32,000 miles

Perfect matching cases vin number with clear title I was told motor had approximately 100 miles on it when i got it in a different chassis I've put another 50 or so miles on it since building this bike. I see one broken fin on the rear cylinder. Both are 13 fin cylinders.
Linkert M-51 carb works fine. Bike has some oem parts some repop, reserve is priced accordingly. Typically starts up on the first ignition kick after 2 choke kicks. Transmission clutch both operate very smoothly. Bike looks great, is sorted out ready to ride.

Was sitting in a barn for the last 15 years. Was repainted 30 years ago. 45,369 original miles. This now is a good running Duo-Glide. Good vin #'s matching belly numbers. Starts and runs good. Does not smoke. Goes down the road straight. Everything works as it should. Nice rider.
