It âs Caribbean Turquoise paint is 95% original and has it âs patina protected with a satin urethane clear coat. It is a rust free truck with only light surface rust on the frame. The cab mounts and bed are in excellent condition. The engine is a 240 CID six cylinder with a fresh tune up, fuelpump and carburetor. The truck runs absolutely flawless. The transmission is a rare factory four speed on the floor with a new clutch. It shifts perfect. The rear is a Ford 9â with 3:54 gears. The brakes were recently replaced and the truck stops great. The wheels are polished Rockets staggered with 17âx7â up front and 17âx8 ý out back.
They are wrapped in new Hankook tires. As you can see from the pictures, the interior is in excellent condition with only a very small crack in the dash pad. For sale is my 1959 Chevy 3100 shortbed, fleetside pickup.
This truck is 100% RUST FREE and completely original. It has been garaged its entire life. The truck had 63,640 miles on it when I changed the speedometer, and speedo cable. The truck has the original engine, transmission, and rear end. It has its original bed wood, and still in good
condition. This truck was ordered with radio delete, and the big back window. It runs, drives, and stops excellent. It has had one re-paint in its life, and the current paint looks good, but is getting a little worn. I purchased this truck from the family that bought it new.
You will not find another 59 shortbed pickup in this condition. Everything works in this truck, heater, wipers, horn, turn signals, etc. The seat has been recovered in cloth, and is in great shape, and it has a new factory floor mat with the proper insulation. It is power by 312 thunderbird 8 cylinder with 3 two barrels carbs and mustang 5 speed manual transmission. The mileage shown 45000. The âRolling Thunder â finish of Red is in good condition along with all exterior chrome/stainless and black vinyl bed top. Clean title. Black vinyl interior is also in good condition.
