This 1947 Harley-Davidson WL is a modified vehicle.
The vehicle runs great. Fresh paint job. Engine was gone through and redone. Top end and cams. Fresh gaskets all the way around. Clean original unaltered VIN # and correct matching belly #’s3 speed transmission. This bike has some extremely cool features like the forward controls that were made in the 70’s. Bike runs very well and shifts smoothly. Everything works as it should. Bike is not bastardized and all molested like many you see. I removed oil tank, Cleaned/flushed well. Put oil filter system on and new SS oil pump and pump drive gear (had original 40-50 oil pump, but it could not be saved.) Tuned everything in and bike purrs like a kitten. Still 6 volt. This is not a numbers matching bike. Clean and clear title.
