This is a rare WL Harley Davidson.
There were only 143 WL's produced in 1942 on account of the factory conversion over to the WLA (army version) due to the USA's entry into WWII after Pearl Harbor. It is a 3 speed hand shift and foot clutch. All OEM, except for paint. Many of the American GI's coming home after the war turned WL's and WLA'sinto bobbers to reduce weight and thus increase speed. Tires are hard with side wall cracking from age. Seat foam is old and will need to be replaced. Tank paint has two small dime size bubbles in paint. Clear title in my name.
