Then email or text the report directly to your smartphone. Open shop policy- you are welcome back in the shop with your vehicle to talk to the tech and see what's being repaired. Our front counter staff is NOT paid on commission. We don't "sell" auto repairs. Our job is to give you enough information to make a buying decision.
